Fantastic Antipasto

Ingredients
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Bay leaf 1
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Thinly sliced carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned white tuna 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned shrimp 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Frozen crabmeat 6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned mushrooms 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)
  Stuffed green olives 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Pickled onions 13 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Sweet pickle cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cauliflower 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine catsup, oil, tomato sauce, bay leaf, and spices in a 3-quart casserole.
Stir in carrot slices.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at HIGH 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Mix well and cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 7 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 3 to 4 minutes.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
