Pesto Alla Spezzina

Ingredients
  Garlic pod 1⁄2
  Basil leaves 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cheese 50 Gram, grated
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Grind together garlic, basil and cheese with oil.
2. Melt butter in a pan, add the mixture with little lukewarm water.
