Cauliflower Italiano

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 , broken into florets
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and cubed
  Commercial italian salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine cauliflower pieces and onion in a 2-quart casserole.
Add water.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Let stand 3 or 4 minutes.
Drain.
Combine cauliflower, onion, tomatoes, and salad dressing in the 2-quart casserole.
Toss well to coat with dressing.
Sprinkle cheese over tossed vegetables.
