|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cream cheese||50 Gram, cut into pieces|
|Whipping cream||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), chilled|
|Strong coffee||1 Cup (16 tbs), brewed|
|Dark rum||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pound cake||1 , cut into strips|
Beat egg yolks & sugar & vanilla together in a processor or with a blender,till it turns yellow.Slowly add cheese to it & blend it till it becomes smooth.Once that is done transfer it to a bowl,cover it with a foil & let it chill for an hour.Give a good mix to the cream,until it becomes stiff,mix it into the cheese mixture & let it chill for another 1 hour.Pour out the coffee into a shallow bowl,dip the cake into the coffee & let it soak completely.Arrange this soaked cake on the bottom of a shallow dish & sprinkle the chocolate(cut into small pieces) & top this with cheese mix.Grate the remaining chocolate over the mixture,cover it & chill for atleast 2 hours.
