|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant coffee||1 Teaspoon|
|Chocolate powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar coated biscuits||10|
|Mascarpone cheese||50 Gram|
|Condensed milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Whipped cream||2 Tablespoon|
Mix cheese & condensed milk in a medium bowl.In a small bowl mix boiling water & instant coffee together,allow it to cool a while & dip sugar coated biscuits in it until the biscuits are moist(add one biscuit at a time).
In a baking dish,make a layer of biscuits & spread cream on top of it,repeat the layer of biscuits & spread cream on top of it.
Garnish with chocolate powder & refrigerate it for 50 minutes & serve with a hot cup of black coffee.
