Italian Herb Marinade

|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried marjoram/Dried oregano / 1 tbsp/15ml chopped fresh||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme/1 tbsp/15ml chopped fresh||1 Teaspoon|
|Bay leaf||1 , crumbled|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
In small bowl mix together vinegar, oil, parsley, marjoram, thyme, bay leaf, onion, garlic and pepper to taste.
Makes about 1/3 cup/75 ml, enough for one 1-lb/500 g steak.
