Italian Herb Marinade

Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dried marjoram/Dried oregano / 1 tbsp/15ml chopped fresh 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme/1 tbsp/15ml chopped fresh 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1 , crumbled
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

In small bowl mix together vinegar, oil, parsley, marjoram, thyme, bay leaf, onion, garlic and pepper to taste.
Makes about 1/3 cup/75 ml, enough for one 1-lb/500 g steak.
