Ingredients
  Lettuce head 1⁄2 Medium, torn into bite size pieces
  Romaine head 1⁄2 Medium, torn into bite size pieces
  Thinly sliced zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs) (raw)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 3 , sliced
  Italian dressing/Wine vinegar dressing 4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In large bowl, combine lettuce, romaine, zucchini, radishes, mushrooms, and sliced green onions.
Season to taste.
Toss lightly with dressing; sprinkle crumbled blue cheese over top.
