|Lettuce head||1⁄2 Medium, torn into bite size pieces|
|Romaine head||1⁄2 Medium, torn into bite size pieces|
|Thinly sliced zucchini||2 Cup (32 tbs) (raw)|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green onions||3 , sliced|
|Italian dressing/Wine vinegar dressing||4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large bowl, combine lettuce, romaine, zucchini, radishes, mushrooms, and sliced green onions.
Season to taste.
Toss lightly with dressing; sprinkle crumbled blue cheese over top.
