Wow. I had Chicken Marsala at many restaurants but never thought it was so easy to make at home. Thanks for sharing. I shall try it out soon.

Great video! Chicken Marsala always tastes special but is so easy. Sometimes I do use range free halal veal. Turkey breadst also works when pounded out for this and picata or schnitzel. Trader Joe's carries great Spanish Sherry wines, and also Italian Marsala for under $5 a bottle! Love the glavours with chicken or veal and seafood too. Shanti/Mary-Anne
