Macaroni In Bologna Cups
|Green onions||3 , diced|
|Cooked elbow macaroni||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced dill pickles||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bologna slice||8 (3 to 4 inches in diameter)|
Mix onions and green pepper with cooked macaroni and about 3/4 cup of the cheese.
Stir in salt, mustard, sour cream and pickles.
Fit the bologna slices into greased patty or muffin pans; fill with the mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375F for 10 to 15 minutes just to heat through.
