Macaroni In Bologna Cups

Ingredients
  Green onions 3 , diced
  Green pepper 1⁄2
  Cooked elbow macaroni 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced dill pickles 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bologna slice 8 (3 to 4 inches in diameter)
Directions

Mix onions and green pepper with cooked macaroni and about 3/4 cup of the cheese.
Stir in salt, mustard, sour cream and pickles.
Fit the bologna slices into greased patty or muffin pans; fill with the mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375F for 10 to 15 minutes just to heat through.
