Sauteed Dandelions

One of the easiest recipes that can be prepared in nearly no time. This dandelions recipe is quick to prepare and healthy to eat. So, don't think much and try this today itself!
Ingredients
  Dandelion 500 Gram, chopped
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Garlic cloves 8 , chopped
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Grated cheese 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a saucepan, add water along with dandelions, boil for 5 to 10 minutes.Strain and set aside.

MAKING
2. In a shallow pan, heat olive oil, add onion and garlic, season with salt & pepper, saute for 5 minutes.Turn off the heat.
3. Pour the onion and garlic over dandelions and top with some grated cheese.

SERVING
4. Transfer to serving plates and serve.
