Coffee Enhanced Tiramisu
|Fat free cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 package)|
|Mascarpone cheese||4 Ounce (1/2 cup)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Kahlua||2 Tablespoon (coffee-flavored liqueur, optional)|
|Frozen reduced calorie whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Strong brewed coffee||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (cold)|
|Ladyfingers||3 Ounce (cake style, 1 package, 12 ladyfingers)|
|Unsweetened cocoa||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Combine first 3 ingredients and, if desired, Kahlua, in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
2. Pour coffee into a shallow dish. Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Quickly dip ladyfingers, flat sides down, into coffee; arrange half of ladyfingers, dipped sides up, in bottom of a medium bowl.
3. Gently spread half of cream cheese mixture evenly over ladyfingers. Repeat procedure with remaining ladyfingers and cream cheese mixture. Sift cocoa over top. Cover and chill 8 hours.
