Italian Seasoned Snack Mix

Ingredients
  Corn and rice cereal 4 Cup (64 tbs) (criss-cross ,such as Crispix)
  Oyster crackers 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fat free pretzels 2 Cup (32 tbs) (tiny)
  Reduced calorie stick margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Egg whites 2 Large
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried italian seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine margarine and egg whites in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
Pour margarine mixture over cereal mixture; toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle cheese and Italian seasoning evenly over cereal mixture; toss gently.
Divide mixture between 2 jelly-roll pans coated with cooking spray, spreading evenly.
Bake at 300° for 25 minutes or until ctisp, stirring occasionally.
Let cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
