Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine margarine and egg whites in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
Pour margarine mixture over cereal mixture; toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle cheese and Italian seasoning evenly over cereal mixture; toss gently.
Divide mixture between 2 jelly-roll pans coated with cooking spray, spreading evenly.
Bake at 300° for 25 minutes or until ctisp, stirring occasionally.
Let cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
