Italian Seasoned Snack Mix
|Corn and rice cereal||4 Cup (64 tbs) (criss-cross ,such as Crispix)|
|Oyster crackers||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fat free pretzels||2 Cup (32 tbs) (tiny)|
|Reduced calorie stick margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Egg whites||2 Large|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried italian seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine margarine and egg whites in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
Pour margarine mixture over cereal mixture; toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle cheese and Italian seasoning evenly over cereal mixture; toss gently.
Divide mixture between 2 jelly-roll pans coated with cooking spray, spreading evenly.
Bake at 300° for 25 minutes or until ctisp, stirring occasionally.
Let cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
