Onion and garlic
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
2 Tablespoon, grated
1. In a saucepan heat oil, add onion and garlic. saute for few seconds, add rice, saute for another few seconds.
2. Add in the liquid in small amounts, allowing the rice to absorb all the previous liquid before adding more. After about 45 minutes the rice will not be able to absorb more liquid.
3. Add Parmesan and mix.
