Italian Beef Roll Ups

Ingredients
  Ground chuck 2 Pound
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried minced onion 5 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Round steak/Minute steaks 3 1⁄2 Pound (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Spaghetti sauce 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Divided)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, eggs, crumbs, milk, onion, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly.
Shape into twelve 3-in. rolls.
Cut steak into twelve 6-1/2-in.x 3-1/2-in.pieces.
Wrap each roll in a piece of steak; secure with toothpicks.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown roll-ups in oil.
Spread 2 cups of spaghetti sauce in a 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.baking dish.
Place roll-ups over sauce; cover with remaining sauce.
Cover and bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until steak is tender.
Remove toothpicks.
