Cheese Polenta

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Gorgonzola cheese/Blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled
Directions

Place cornmeal and salt in a large saucepan.
Gradually add water, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium.
Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
