|Regular strength chicken broth||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Polenta/Yellow cornmeal||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Italian Style Cornmeal)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In a greased 9- by 13-inch baking dish (rectangular or oval), stir together broth, polenta, onion, and butter.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven until liquid has been absorbed (45 to 50 minutes).
