Baked Polenta

Ingredients
  Regular strength chicken broth 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Polenta/Yellow cornmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Italian Style Cornmeal)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Grated parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

In a greased 9- by 13-inch baking dish (rectangular or oval), stir together broth, polenta, onion, and butter.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven until liquid has been absorbed (45 to 50 minutes).
