Italian Style Popovers

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Italian salad dressing mix 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In small mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, water, flour, dry Italian salad dressing mix, and salt.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer or with rotary beater 1 1/2 minutes.
Add cooking oil; beat 1/2 minute longer.
Pour batter into 6 greased 6-ounce custard cups.
Bake at 475° for 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350°.
Bake popovers 25 minutes longer.
