Hamburger Steak Italian Style

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped and cooked
  Blanched garlic cloves 2 , chopped
  Egg 1
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Carrot 1 , pared and diced small
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), smashed and chopped
  Celery stalks 1 , diced small
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, drained and chopped
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Drop (Few Drops Required)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

? Place beef, onion, blanched garlic, egg, curry powder, parsley, salt and pepper in food processor; blend 3 minutes. When mixture forms ball, remove and shape meat into 4 patties.
? Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add patties and cook 8 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn patties over 2 to 3 times to avoid charring.
? When cooked, remove patties and set aside, keeping hot.
? Add carrot, remaining garlic and celery to frying pan; cook 4 minutes over medium heat.
? Mix in tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 7 minutes over medium heat.
? Correct seasoning and serve tomato sauce with hamburger steaks.
