Italian Stewed Tomatoes

|Tomatoes||4 Quart, chopped (peeled, cored)|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1 -inch head space.
Process 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
