1 Medium, juice
Extra virgin olive oil
1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced (optional)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
2 Cup (32 tbs), washed and dried
Parmesan or romano cheese
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), freshly grated
1) In a food processor put garlic and nuts and process it well.
2) Sprinkle basil and salt to taste, process it again. Pour oil and add cheese.
3) In a large bowl blend beans lemon juice, olive oil and pesto.
4) Sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste.
