White Bean Pesto Dip

Perfect for an impromptu party, to enjoy on a picnic or to glam up a dinner join your RV Cooking Show friends and their guests as they visit Linabella's Gourmet Garlic Farm and cabin camp at Pine Acres Family Camping in Oakham, MA then make a delish white bean pesto dip!
Ingredients
  Cannellini beans 2 Can (20 oz), drained and rinsed (white kidney)
  Lemon 1 Medium, juice
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pesto 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced (optional)
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Basil 2 Cup (32 tbs), washed and dried
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan or romano cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), freshly grated
Directions

GETTING READY
For Pesto
1) In a food processor put garlic and nuts and process it well.
2) Sprinkle basil and salt to taste, process it again. Pour oil and add cheese.

MAKING
3) In a large bowl blend beans lemon juice, olive oil and pesto.
4) Sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste.

SERVING
7) Serve white bean pesto dip with chips.
