Garlic Flavored Italian Tomato Sauce
|Canned crushed tomatoes in puree||84 Ounce (3 cans, 28 ounce each, Italian style or plain)|
|Italian seasoning||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||6 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil leaves||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||3 Teaspoon|
|Pepper||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Mix all the ingredients in a heavy, large pot.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Save 4 1/2 cups sauce for Vegetable Lasagna and 1 cup for Veggie Pizza.
Divide remaining sauce into four 1-cup portions, and put in four 1-quart bags for Pizza Roll-Ups.
