|Lemon juice||45 Milliliter (3 Tbsp)|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Ounce (40 Grams)|
|Breadcrumbs||2 Ounce (59 Grams)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Ounce, grated (25 Grams)|
|Butter||2 Ounce (50 Grams)|
|Lemon quarter||1 (To Garnish)|
1. Lay the pork chops on a plate in one layer and sprinkle them with the lemon juice. Leave for 10 minutes.
2. Pat the chops dry with paper towels. Mix the flour with seasoning to taste and use to coat the chops.
3. Lightly beat the eggs in a shallow dish. Mix together the breadcrumbs and cheese on a sheet of greaseproof paper. Dip the chops first in the egg, then coat them all over with the crumb mixture. Chill for 15 minutes.
4. Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Add the chops and fry for about 15-20 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve garnished with lemon quarters.
