  Lemon 2 Large, juiced
  Orange 1 Large, juiced
  Grapefruit 1 Medium, juiced
  Grapefruit peel 1 Teaspoon (Leveled), finely grated
Directions

For a subtle and interesting flavour, add a few leaves of fresh mint to the hot syrup but remove these once the syrup is cold.
