Easy Tiramisu

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 6
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cognac/Brandy 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ricotta cheese 15 Ounce (Sargento Old Fashioned, 2 Cups)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Ladyfingers 32 , split in half
  Instant coffee 3 Teaspoon, dissolved in 3/4 cup of boiling water
  Unsweetened chocolate 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In top of double boiler, whisk together egg yolks, sugar and Cognac.
Place pan over simmering water.
Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
