Diet Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 36 Ounce, split (3 Pieces, 12 Ounce Each)
  Bermuda onion 1 , cut into 6 slices
  Spaghetti sauce mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
Directions

1. Brown chicken breasts in a large nonstittk skillet; arrange in single layer in an 8-cup shallow casserole. Top each breast with an onion slice.
2. Blend spaghetti sauce mix into drippings in skillet; stir in tomatoes; bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Spoon around chicken breasts and onions; cover casserole.
3. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour, or until chicken breasts are tender.
