Gorgonzola And Walnut Bruschetta

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 8 Ounce (Preferably Gorgonzola At Room Temperature)
  Port wine 2 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bread slices 30 , cut 1/4-inch thick (French Or Italian From A 3-Inch-Diametar Loaf)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In small bowl, mash cheese with a fork; mix in the port wine and pepper, and stir until smooth.
Set aside.
Preheat grill on HI for 5 minutes, then adjust to appropriate cook fatting.
Grill bread for about 2 minutes, or until lightly toasted on both sides, turning halfway through cooking time.
While toasts are warm, spread each with about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture and sprinkle with walnuts.
Serve immediately.
