Ingredients
  Basil sprig/Parsley sprigs 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Ounce, broken (50 Gram)
  Peanut oil/Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Walnuts 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Finely chop the herbs and Parmesan, using the double-bladed chopping knife, until a paste is formed - about 1 -2 minutes.
Pour the oil slowly through the feed tube and mix until well combined.
Add the nuts, garlic and seasoning and mix to a soft paste.
Use as a topping for soups or toss with hot cooked pasta.
