|Parmesan cheese||2 Ounce, broken (50 Gram)|
|Peanut oil/Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Walnuts||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
Finely chop the herbs and Parmesan, using the double-bladed chopping knife, until a paste is formed - about 1 -2 minutes.
Pour the oil slowly through the feed tube and mix until well combined.
Add the nuts, garlic and seasoning and mix to a soft paste.
Use as a topping for soups or toss with hot cooked pasta.
