Italian Style Squab

Ingredients
  Squab 4 Ounce
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 1 Ounce, can
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Ounce, can
  Parsley sprigs 4 Small
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

Cut squab in quarters.
In plastic bag combine flour and salt.
Add 2 or 3 squab pieces at a time; shake to coat.
In large skillet brown squab pieces in hot oil.
Add undrained tomatoes, onions, green pepper, undrained mushrooms, parsley, garlic, and bay leaf.
Cook, covered, over low heat till tender, about 35 minutes.
Uncover; cook 10 to 15 minutes more.
Remove parsley and bay leaf.
