Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baby portobello mushrooms 6 , cleaned and stemmed
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cracked black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Belgioioso slice 1 (6.5 Inch)
  Mozzarella cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Roma tomato 1 , sliced

Directions

1. Pour vinegar into a saucepan and cook over high heat until reduced by half. Set aside to cool.
2. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
