Italian Style Shrimp With Lemon And Garlic
|Dried italian seasoning||2 Teaspoon|
|Hungarian sweet paprika||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated lemon rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Large shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and deveined|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Cooked angel hair pasta||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Hot, About 8 Ounces Uncooked Pasta)|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
Add shrimp; toss well to coat.
Thread shrimp evenly onto each of 4 (8-inch) skewers.
Place kebabs on broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 2 minutes on each side.
Remove shrimp from skewers; arrange over pasta.
Drizzle with juice; sprinkle with parsley.
Garnish with zest, if desired.
