Caribbean Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Large raw shrimp 1 Pound, shelled and deveined (Jumbo Sized)
Directions

Place margarine in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until melted, 45 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir in parsley, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
Add shrimp; toss to coat.
Cover.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until shrimp are pink, opaque and tender (do not overcook or shrimp will become tough), 5 to 8 minutes, stirring twice.
Sprinkle with paprika.
