Zesty Caponata Pizzas

Ingredients
  Baked pizza crusts 8 Ounce, split horizontally to make 4 rounds (1 Package Containing 2 Crusts, 6 Inches Each)
  Canned white beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed (Small Sized Beans)
  Prepared caponata 6 Tablespoon, chopped
  Sliced hot cherry peppers in vinegar 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon (From Cherry Peppers)
  Shredded light italian 4 cheese blend 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Mozzarella, Provolone, Asiago, And Romano)
Directions

1 Preheat the broiler. Place the pizza crusts, split-sides up, on a baking sheet. Broil 4-5 inches from the heat until golden, 30-60 seconds on each side.
2 Meanwhile, combine the beans, caponata, cherry peppers, and vinegar in a bowl.
3 Top each of the crusts with a generous 1/4 cup of the bean mixture, spreading almost to the edge. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup of the cheese. Broil until the cheese melts, about 1 minute and serve at once.
