Linguine With Peppers

Ingredients
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, crushed
  Sweet red pepper 1 Small, stem, seeds, and ribs removed, and cut into 1 1/2-inch strips.
  Linguine 4 Ounce, cooked
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a small skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil; add garlic and peppers and cook over moderate heat until peppers are tender but still crisp.
Remove from heat and discard garlic.
Add linguine to pan and toss well, adding more oil if desired.
