Linguine With Peppers

|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, crushed|
|Sweet red pepper||1 Small, stem, seeds, and ribs removed, and cut into 1 1/2-inch strips.|
|Linguine||4 Ounce, cooked|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
In a small skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil; add garlic and peppers and cook over moderate heat until peppers are tender but still crisp.
Remove from heat and discard garlic.
Add linguine to pan and toss well, adding more oil if desired.
