Italian Blood Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red onion 1 Medium, sliced into thin rings
  Blood orange 4 (Moro Variety)
  Navel oranges 2 (Italian Type)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Italian olives 15
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon (Italian Ones)
Directions

1. Half fill a medium-size bowl with ice cubes. Add onion slices, cover with more ice, and fill the bowl with cold water. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
