Three Cheese Pesto Pizza
|Finely chopped red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped sweet red pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Pre baked italian bread shell crust||14 Ounce (1 In Number)|
|Prepared pesto||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crumbled feta cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Canned chopped ripe olives||4 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
In a small skillet, saute onion and red pepper in oil until tender.
Remove from the heat; set aside.
Place crust on an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan.
Spread pesto to within 1/2 inch of edges.
Layer with the cheeses, onion mixture, ripe olives and tomato.
Bake at 400 degree for 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted.
