Three Cheese Pesto Pizza

Ingredients
  Finely chopped red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pre baked italian bread shell crust 14 Ounce (1 In Number)
  Prepared pesto 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crumbled feta cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Canned chopped ripe olives 4 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato 1 Medium, thinly sliced
Directions

In a small skillet, saute onion and red pepper in oil until tender.
Remove from the heat; set aside.
Place crust on an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan.
Spread pesto to within 1/2 inch of edges.
Layer with the cheeses, onion mixture, ripe olives and tomato.
Bake at 400 degree for 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted.
