Sicilian Dressed Cracked Crab

Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced / pressed
  Dried bay leaves 3
  Chopped fresh basil/3 tablespoons dry basil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped italian parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh thyme leaves/2 teaspoons dry thyme 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh rosemary/1 1/2 teaspoon crumbled dry rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh oregano/1 1/2 teaspoon crumbled dry oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked crab 6 Pound, cleaned and cracked (Three Whole Ones Like Dungeness)
Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic and wine vinegars, oil, garlic, bay leaves, chopped basil, thyme leaves, chopped rosemary, chopped oregano, Worcestershire, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Stir in crab; cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.
