|Bacon drippings||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped italian sausages||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Carrot||1 , sliced|
|Stalk celery||1 , sliced|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, peeled and chopped|
|Potato||1 Large, diced|
|Canned tomatoes with juice||16 Ounce, crushed (1 Can)|
|Sliced zucchini||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat bacon drippings in large heavy skillet; fry sausage and onion over medium heat until tender.
Transfer to a stockpot.
Add vegetables, kidney beans and stock.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add seasonings and macaroni.
Simmer, stirring occasionally,
