Baked Fish Sicilian Style
|Swordfish/Halibut steaks||2 Pound|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon (Progresso)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned crushed tomatoes||28 Ounce (1 Can, Progresso)|
|Olive salad||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), undrained (Progresso Olive Condite)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Place fish in an oiled 12-x 8-x 2-inch baking pan.
In a large skillet heat olive oil until hot.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and olive salad.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until sauce is slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
Pour sauce over fish.
Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
