Baked Fish Sicilian Style

Ingredients
  Swordfish/Halibut steaks 2 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (Progresso)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned crushed tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can, Progresso)
  Olive salad 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), undrained (Progresso Olive Condite)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.
Place fish in an oiled 12-x 8-x 2-inch baking pan.
In a large skillet heat olive oil until hot.
Add onion.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and olive salad.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until sauce is slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
Pour sauce over fish.
Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
