|Instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce (Or 1 Package)|
|1/3 less fat cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Block)|
|Frozen reduced calorie whipped topping||8 Ounce, thawed (1 Tub)|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Kahlua||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Coffee Flavored Liqueur)|
|Instant espresso/2 tablespoons instant coffee granules||1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Lady fingers||6 Ounce (24 Pieces / 2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Unsweetened cocoa||3 Tablespoon, divided|
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Cover surface with plastic wrap,-chill 30 minutes or until firm.
2. Remove plastic wrap,- add cream cheese. Beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Gently fold in whipped topping.
3. Combine hot water, Kahlua, and espresso. Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Arrange 16 ladyfin-ger halves, flat sides down, in a trifle bowl or large glass bowl. Drizzle with 1/2 cup Kahlua mixture. Spread one-third pudding mixture over ladyfingers,-sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cocoa. Repeat the layers twice, ending with cocoa. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
