Tiramisu Anacapri

Ingredients
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fat free sweetened condensed milk 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (Or 1 Package)
  1/3 less fat cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Block)
  Frozen reduced calorie whipped topping 8 Ounce, thawed (1 Tub)
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Kahlua 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Coffee Flavored Liqueur)
  Instant espresso/2 tablespoons instant coffee granules 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Lady fingers 6 Ounce (24 Pieces / 2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Unsweetened cocoa 3 Tablespoon, divided
Directions

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Cover surface with plastic wrap,-chill 30 minutes or until firm.
2. Remove plastic wrap,- add cream cheese. Beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Gently fold in whipped topping.
3. Combine hot water, Kahlua, and espresso. Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Arrange 16 ladyfin-ger halves, flat sides down, in a trifle bowl or large glass bowl. Drizzle with 1/2 cup Kahlua mixture. Spread one-third pudding mixture over ladyfingers,-sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cocoa. Repeat the layers twice, ending with cocoa. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
