Cheesy Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Shrimp 24 Large, shelled and deveined
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to broil.
Combine oil, pepper, and garlic together in a large bowl.
Add shrimp and toss well to coat.
Roll shrimp in freshly grated Parmesan cheese and place on a broiling rack.
Broil 4 minutes on each side.
