Low Fat Chilled Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Spiral pasta 8 Ounce, cooked in unsalted water and drained
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut into wedges
  Broccoli florets 2 Cup (32 tbs), blanched
  Canned black beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), rinsed and drained
  Fat free mayonnaise/Miracle whip 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Kraft)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar/1 1/2 packets sweet 'n low 1 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon (Jarred)
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, broccoli and black beans.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
Pour over salad and toss to coat well.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
