Low Fat Chilled Italian Pasta Salad
|Spiral pasta||8 Ounce, cooked in unsalted water and drained|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Broccoli florets||2 Cup (32 tbs), blanched|
|Canned black beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), rinsed and drained|
|Fat free mayonnaise/Miracle whip||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Kraft)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar/1 1/2 packets sweet 'n low||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced garlic||1 Teaspoon (Jarred)|
|Italian seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, broccoli and black beans.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
Pour over salad and toss to coat well.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
