|Potatoes||3 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced to make 6 cups|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned white clam sauce||10 1⁄2 Ounce (Progresso, 1 Can)|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Place potatoes in a 1 1/2-quart baking pan.
Sprinkle with green pepper, onion and salt.
Pour white clam sauce over all.
Cover and bake until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
