|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Shrimp||24 Large, shelled and deveined|
Preheat oven to broil.
Combine butter, oil, pepper, and salt in a large bowl; add shrimp and toss well to coat.
Place shrimp on broiling rack; broil 3 minutes on each side.
Shrimp are done when slightly curled and pale pink.
