Spinach Pesto

Ingredients
  Fresh parsley sprig 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine parsley, spinach, vegetable oil, olive oil, garlic and salt in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
Turn into a small bowl.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
