|Fresh parsley leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Capers||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, drained|
|Red wine vinegar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Turkey broth||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1 Dash|
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 7 ingredients.
Process until finely chopped.
Add turkey broth and lemon juice; process 10 minutes or until smooth.
Stir in salt and pepper.
