Ingredients
  Packed basil leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Tightly Packed)
  Fresh parsley leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Capers 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, drained
  Red wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Turkey broth 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 7 ingredients.
Process until finely chopped.
Add turkey broth and lemon juice; process 10 minutes or until smooth.
Stir in salt and pepper.
