Ingredients
  Instant beef broth 2 Teaspoon (2 Envelopes)
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Coleslaw vegetables/2 cups shredded cabbage 4 Ounce (2 Cups /1/2 An 8 Ounce Package, Produce Department)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped to make 1/2 cup
  Canned italian plum tomatoes 1 Pound, chopped (1 Can)
  Bay leaf 1
  Leaf oregano 1 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Dissolve instant beef broth in boiling water in a large saucepan. Add coleslaw vegetables or cabbage, celery, parsley, onion, tomatoes, bay leaf, oregano, salt and pepper.
2 Cover; simmer until vegetables are tender and flavors are blended, about 15 minutes.
