Zabaglione Ice Box Cake
|Lady fingers||2 Dozen|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant vanilla pudding||11 1⁄4 Ounce (3 Packages)|
|Marsala||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 1⁄2 Pint|
Line lightly buttered spring-form pan and the bottom with split Lady Fingers (you will need about 2 dozen).
Beat 2 cups milk into 3 pkgs.instant vanilla pudding.
Slowly add 3/4 cup Marsala.
Beat 1 pint whipping cream until stiff and fold into pudding mixture.
Spoon gently into pan and chill overnight.
Before serving, top with 14 pt.cream, whipped.
