Cedar Plank Cilantro Pesto Salmon

Ingredients
  Salmon fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound (Or Portions, Smoki Foods Farm Raised / Wild Skinless / Skin On)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Roughly chopped cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Pepitas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Place cedar plank in salted water and weight with heavy cans or stones. Soak for at least 2 hours, preferably longer.
2. To prepare the pesto, place first 4 ingredients in a blender or small food processor and puree. Add lime juice, jalapeno, and salt
