Tuscan Beans With Sage And Pancetta

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Thinly sliced pancetta 2 Ounce, cut into strips
  Canned cannellini beans/Great northern beans 30 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)
  Fresh sage leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, just until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the pancetta and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp, about 3 minutes.
2 Add the beans and sage; cook, stirring occasionally, until the flavors are blended, about 10 minutes. Stir in the salt and pepper.
