Linguine And Shrimp In Cheese Sauce

  Crushed garlic 1 Teaspoon (In A Jar)
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Liquid butter buds/Fat-free chicken broth 3 Teaspoon
  Non fat ricotta cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Small cooked frozen shrimp 8 Ounce, thawed
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 3 Dash
  Non fat mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Linguine 12 Ounce, uncooked

Saute garlic and pepper flakes in Butter Buds, or chicken broth, for about 1-2 minutes.
Add milk, ricotta, shrimp, and peas.
Cook until smooth.
Add nutmeg and Tabasco sauce.
Add salt if desired.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 4-5 minutes.
Stir in cheese.
Pour sauce over cooked linguine.
Toss well to coat.
